Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. A full refund will be issued within 2-3 days if the cancellation is successful. If your item has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, please email us with your order number or confirmation email at hi@maisonaurive.com.
30-Day Unconditional Return for Unopened and Unused Items
Unopened and unused merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason. Returned items will be inspected at our warehouse, and refunds will be processed after verification.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser; COD packages are not accepted.

Used or damaged items will not be accepted.

Include photos of the returned item, packaging, and tracking number when contacting support.
Returns must be initiated within 15 calendar days from the shipping date. Returns for non-quality issues after the warranty period will be refused.

No cracks, dents, scratches, or damage affecting resale value
Refunds may take up to 10 business days after receiving your return and usually appear on your credit card statement within 7-10 business days. Disputed orders may take 3-6 months to resolve.
12-Month Warranty
MaisonAurive offers a 12-month warranty for quality-related issues. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse or accidents. Replacement or refund will be provided after confirmation at hi@maisonaurive.com (please include your order number and item condition).
Late or Unpaid Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If issues persist, contact us at hi@maisonaurive.com.
Warranty Exceptions
The MaisonAurive warranty does not apply to:
Accidental damage or abuse

Damage from natural disasters (lightning, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.)

Unauthorized modifications, repairs, disassembly, or use not in accordance with official instructions

Non-quality related issues

Items purchased from unauthorized sellers

Use outside normal consumer purposes
